Haus Blum – Athens, Greece

This 70 m² cottage can accommodate up to five guests and is situated in Athens. Behind a wall of dark slate slabs and light-coloured sandstone blocks, on which hang the blue house number 87 and an acrylic sign bearing the inscription ‘Amalía House’, lies a garden with medlar and citrus trees, red flowers and paths laid with natural stone slabs. A white spiral staircase with a sun awning leads upwards in front of the white wall. From a terrace with a metal balustrade and stone slabs, the view stretches out over the sea, red cliffs, a small sandy beach and hills bathed in the evening light. Inside, there are bright, white-plastered rooms with large windows and wooden shelves beneath a white double window. Beaches with clear, turquoise-blue water are part of the surroundings.

Naxou 35 offers 87 m² of space for up to four guests. The rooms are laid out as a living room, bedroom and kitchen. [Please add: So far, only screenshots have been uploaded for these rooms (booking calendar, admin interface, description texts for another property), not photos of the flat itself. As soon as actual photos are available, this text can be expanded to include details of the furnishings, colours, materials, lighting and views.
